Upon opening the box it was clear to see everything was organized well. Everything is labeled appropriately, however there were a couple of rods that were labeled under the packaging. So you won't know those pieces until you take the foam off of the ends. The package that holds the screws are labeled a bit funky, but you can figure it out.The finish is even and without a ton of blemishes. I didn't notice any large blemishes while putting it together.Assembly directions are well written, easy to read and understand. Pictures are very helpful. While assembling the bed all components seem to be well built with quality materials and design. Assembly was fairly easy with the exception of the slat retainers. They were pretty hard to install and some of the tabs can break off. This doesn't seem to affect the functionality or safety of the bed. Not enough for me to remove any stars because of it.Once the bed is assembled it is quite sturdy. It does have a slight wobble to it, but not more than most metal bunk beds. Once it was put against the wall (in the corner), there were no issues even when the kids were getting up and down off of the top bunk.Overall very satisfied with the fit and finish of the bed, even more so that I got it on a black Friday deal, but I would pay full price for this as the quality is good.
the design of this bunk bed is sleek and modern. The white metal frame adds a touch of elegance to the room, making it look bright and inviting. The clean lines and sturdy construction give me peace of mind knowing that my children are safe and secure while sleeping or playing on this bed.Assembly was a breeze with clear instructions and all the necessary tools included. It took me less than an hour to put it together, and the bed felt solid and stable once assembled. The metal slats provide excellent support, eliminating the need for a box spring, which is a great space-saving feature. One of the standout features of this bunk bed is its versatility. The twin over twin design allows for easy accommodation of two children, making it perfect for siblings or sleepovers. The ladder is conveniently located at the front, making it easy for my kids to climb up and down without any hassle. Additionally, the top bunk has sturdy guardrails on all sides, ensuring that my children are safe and secure during the night.Another aspect that I appreciate about this bunk bed is its space-saving design. The compact size of this bed allows for more floor space in the room, giving my children ample room to play and move around. The under-bed clearance is also generous, providing additional storage space for toys, books, or even a small desk.Overall, I highly recommend the Metal Bunk Bed in White, Twin over Twin. Its stylish design, sturdy construction, and space-saving features make it an excellent choice for any children's bedroom. This bunk bed has truly exceeded my expectations, and I am confident that it will continue to provide comfort and convenience for years to come.
My husband and I assembled this together. It had all of the parts plus extra screws and washes just in case, but we used a drill instead of the wrench provided. It is very sturdy and the kids love it! The bottom bunk is low to the ground which gives me peace of mind for my youngest, and the top isn’t too high up which gives me peace of mind for my oldest.
Assembly was a pain, but not too difficult. A lot of small parts and tight areas to get your hands into of you have sausage fingers like me. The design of this bed doesn’t allow for power tools to be used. Seems sturdy. The issue I have is one of the slates were too short. When putting it together I did notice the bed making a clinking noise with the center beam. After reading other reviews, someone suggested to lay foam weather strips down the top of beam to silence the clinking noise. I used a felt that’s used for the chairs legs and placed it under the slate. The felt disc sticks to the beam and the slate sits on top. This pretty much stoped the clinking noise. Directions are vague. Only had to undo one section as we didn’t see the holes on the manual. Pay attention to the hole layout as you put this together. Two people took us 3 hours to put together, this was due to small area to get screws in and using the supplied Alan wrench. Not as tall as I thought it would be.
Full disclosure, I am patently horrible at assembling furniture. My kid wanted a bunk and I opted for one with the bottom bunk closer to the ground for added stability. I did not envy the idea of putting it together, but I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the assembly went. The instructions are clearly written and contain relevant graphics. I was able to assemble the bed in four hours, starting from the moment I opened the box. I spent about an hour laying all the pieces out, ensuring they were correct, and envisioning how each step should play out.The bed is sturdy and does not squeak or sway. The instructions are concise and clear. If putting the bed together feels you out too, just know that the task is easily achievable.
Honestly a great bunk bed for full over full! I’ve had this for 4 months now and it’s held up great! It creaks a little between the person on top or bottom, but that’s expected with a metal frame. Easy to put together, instructions are very clear! I even put this together by myself! Two people make it so much easier, but it’s doable alone. Make sure you clear enough working space too for yourself while you put it together. Seriously great bunk bed!
Its a great bed I got the full on full, sorry I can't take a picture but I'll explain to the best of my ability. ~( ̄▽ ̄ )~Ok so first off it might look like its too small when it first arrives but it is all the pieces, when taking out the box I made sure everything was there and it was(even comes with some extra plastic peices), it took my sister, neice, and me around 1-2 hours.(one person can do it,it is very possible)everything is quite simple the only thing we had trouble on was the bars that go under the mattress thoses were a bit of a pain in the neck to make it easier I'll give a tip you just have to get the bar in a little more on one side then push them down at the same time make sure you don't put the bar on the bottom piece of the holes until both sides are in(you'll understand when your at that part hopefully) then when your finished with the metal the plastic pieces I just aligned together then hit them with my palm and it worked good better then hurting my fingers to push them down.after all the assembling part it is a bit short great for my low ceiling tho and the bottom I would recommend a mattress smaller than 10 inches high( we used 10inch and it still but if your on the taller side I couldn't recommend) since there isn't much space to sit up(in 5'1-5'2 and I could sit up but almost hitting my head on the metal), it doesn't wobble much (Only when your getting onto the ), me and my sister tested the weight limit and it didn't break with around 320 pounds(yeah we're a bit on the chubby side -︿- she's older then me so it evens out with her ) on top so your goodthe only things I don't like is the ladder its a little thin so I think its best to buy like something to put on the ladder so it won't hurt as much, there isn't enough room to put anything under the bed its not 6inches under maybe 1-2 inches, and the height is a little under 5ft.Besides any of the negatives I really like this bunk bed its good for the price (just wait a while because they change their prices at the time I bought it everything was around $600 for certain colors but white and another color were $200-$300 so they change prices sometimes so if you want you can wait a while to see if the price for the color you want goes down) and it works good nothings broke or anything looks nice I got white but its actually an off white (which I like better personally) none of the metal was bent maybe a little scratched (that might have been my fault) but if your looking for something that's a good price highly recommend this(I'm 14 so idk if I was good at explaining anything hopefully I did a good review •﹏•)
I ordered this for my grandsons which are teenagers. They love them. I feel like this is very sturdy & well made. They aren't t exactly easy on furniture. It was easy to assemble as well
I’ll be updating this review every month or few months as I feel like it’s necessary.I just got the bed and I have no complaints.7/10 assembly. Instructions couldve been a little clearer but they were still readable and still managed to get it done. Took a few hours but we did it and I’m excited about the way it looks.Sizing 10/10 I love how small it is, I love that it’s on the floor. It’s very aesthetically pleasing and fits in our small home.Stability- NA Just built it and haven’t slept on it yet but I’ll update as time goes on. I’ve seen mixed reviews about stability so I’m gonna follow some of the reviews and get pool noodles for the stairs and to cushion it against the wall.
This ended up being a great choice for two teenagers to use in a small room. Full over full was much better than a twin over full. This thing is even stout enough for adults.
