  The bed frame is very nice looking and is sturdy. I was happy to see they didn't use the wood slats approach for the mattress support, but instead used metal slats that fit into slots on the frame, BUT the reason I can't give it 5 stars is this; Fitting the slats into the frame is not easy, and I can't imagine trying to take it apart again. Perhaps there is a trick to snapping them in that could be included in the instructions but what seemed to work was that by putting one end halfway in then snapping both ends all the way in at the same time it became easier. Maybe an improvement in that design aspect would be good. Otherwise, exactly what I wanted in twin beds.

  I purchased 2 of these beds. My youngest daughter is 90lbs and she doesn’t jump on her bed or anything. But the bars have bent and she can no longer sleep in it. I’m very disappointed with the quality of this bed.

  This thing can barely hold a young child. It broke very easily after assembling correctly. Easy to set up, not sturdy at all. It looks nice with great reviews but don’t waste your time with this as it will break easily if you put a little weight on it.
