  Holds up against my very active 4yr old son. Sturdy, looks great and was relatively easy to assemble. I put this together for my sons birthday by myself. Had to use a stool to hold up one side rail while handling the other. Two people should have no trouble at all, but one creative determined mom can get it done also!

  My daughter freaking loves this bed. It’s the only thing that got her to sleep in her own room. It’s sturdy and feels safe.It was kind of hard to assemble. The instructions are clear but the holes weren’t always deep enough. We were able to make them a little deeper and build the bed, however Post D that is half of the ladder had the holes drilled on the wrong side of the post and I wrote to the seller who responded quickly and sent a replacement within a week. Excellent customer service.

  The end result is a gorgeous bed for small children. The instructions leave a lot to be desired and some of the quality of the wood is not good. Had some boards wi the cracks in them, but not in supportive boards. It looks great and holds up well for our son. I love the extra storage which was the selling point for me.

  Received this package very quickly. It came in 1 large, long heavy package. Everything was labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. 1 person can do it but would recommend 2 people for sure.

  All items showed up in 2 very large and heavy boxes over a period of 2 days. I strongly recommend having 1 other person help getting the boxes inside.The directions are a little confusing and poorly worded. Most of the process too some understanding of the directions. Some steps are not explained at all. The screws used are very similar looking and can be confusing if not kept organized during the assembly process.After about 2 hours, the bed was constructed. It is very solid and I am very satisfied with the bed. I wish I could say the same of the other items.The shelf, the dresser and the desk were horrible assembly process's. The dresser and the desk being the worst. The directions were even worse. The boards did not have the proper dimensions to fit together. Even the dresser drawers had the rails pre installed backwards (pictured). Luckily, I am a handy person and had the tools to properly fix many of these defects. After everything was assembled, I was not happy with the quality of these items.I recommend to just get the bed. The other items felt like afterthoughts and seemed rushed to form a package set.

  It did take a few month's to receive.Other than that negative. I am truly happy with the bed. A lot more solid than I had thought. My child is very happy about it.

  Absolutely love this bed and so does my grandson. He feels like a big boy in his loft bed like his cousin. But it's not too high, waist high for us so easy tuck in. It was easy to put together - lots of pieces, just follow the the directions. We did drill pilot holes for the slats for under the mattress to make it easier to screw them in. But with both me and his Mom working it took only a few minutes to do that. Probably 1 1/2 hours total. That includes the 2 bookcase for under the bed. We put one at the head end, by the bookcase he already had and the other at the front so it's like a little closed in cubby underneath. I'm sure he will love that feature as he gets a little older - who doesn't love a hideout. The gray is great and matched with the repurposed dresser and chest that we did in chalk paid for his nursery with dark dray and blue drawers. The chalk boards are too slick for chalk to work well, but we didn't plan to let him use them that way anyway. VERY sturdy and will last him till he outgrows it.

  The shipping was okay; some bumps on the bed. My husband and I build it together in a day.My son loves it; I store toys underneath the bed, which is excellent. It's not very sturdy, but it's not flimsy either. We have a potery barn crib, and you can feel the difference between the two brands.But I still recommend it for the price!

  Came with the wrong instruction manual. Thankfully, I outsourced professional help who was able to find something online and followed that. After 3 hours of assembling, it was sturdy and well made. My 3 year old daughter loves it and sleeps well in it.
