Some of the screws were very easy to turn while others took a lot of strength and time. In the end, the finished product is excellent quality and very aesthetically pleasing. My three boys love them. I also thought this was a very affordable price for the quality of materials. Finally, there is a small gap on each side of the twin mattresses we have. That makes it easier for changing the sheets but it should be noted that the twin mattress doesn't fit flush with the frame.
These were for my three grandchildren and my granddaughters love them they're sturdy and very safe.
So we got the amazing triple bunk. Oh my goodness. I usually love assembling things. Always have. I can honestly say, never in my life have I come across a product I had to assemble that I nearly gave up on it and threw in the towel. The instructions were so hard to understand. Not much written instruction. Mostly diagrams with really poor quality details on them that were too small to see and understand properly. So basically it was like assembling something from IKEA only using worse pictures and basically guessing what piece was what due to poor labeling of the pieces I received. The diagrams were tiny and hard to understand what they were trying to show you how to do. All the pieces looked SO similar (a box full of almost identical long white sticks) with very slight differences. I wish there would have been more descriptive labeling. Like “right side” or “left side” in addition to the A, B, C, D labeling that was supposed to match up with the parts list. Y’all, I literally spent about a total of 13-15 HOURS over two different days assembling this alone. And part of that was because I would assemble part of the bed only to discover that I had the wrong, very similar, parts together and had to disassemble and reassemble when I understood the instructions better. And also I discovered a flaw in the design because the way the “roll-off” side brace was situated on the middle bunk there were screws that were literally coming through the center of the holes from other parts of the bed that were blocking the holes so I couldn’t fully assemble it and just put that side against the wall for safety. I have never had a problem like this assembling anything. Not to mention that I wasn’t informed that my order would contain 3 boxes. It didn’t list that anywhere on my order or tracking info. So I got this gigantic box delivered, after waiting nearly 4-6 weeks for it to arrive, and I began the dizzying work of trying to decipher the instructions only to discover that I was missing parts. I couldn’t even tell which parts I was missing or how much I was missing because there is no way that I could fully tell what parts were what. I gave up. According to my Amazon order it had been delivered....As in complete. So I had no indication that more boxes were on their way. Totally frustrated. I was thinking I now had to make a call to a company that would likely give me a run around for missing parts and a ton of hassle that I didn’t want to deal with. And I certainly couldn’t mail it back, during COVID, with parts strewn everywhere and no longer having all the appropriate packing material. Sending it back would have been an even bigger nightmare. So I literally ditched the project for over a week while I was trying to decide what I wanted to do. Come to discover almost two weeks later there were two more boxes that randomly got delivered to my door. And I was suddenly able to attempt round two of assembly and ten additional hours of my day spent in frustration. I’m telling y’all I have never been so happy to complete a project. But this job ruined me for ever wanting to assemble anything again. Never been so frustrated with a project in my life. It’s sturdy (even with a missing baron the back side-which I will likely try to rig a way to put it up there even though it would not be the way it supposed to be). It’s beautiful. My kids love it. It’s the best use of space for their room and I can’t imagine going with any other type of bed for their room. But my Lord I’d like to get the hours of my life back that I wasted trying to figure out this bed according to the subpar instructions. And having a heads up that I only received one of my three boxes would have spared a lot of confusion and stress on the front end.
The media could not be loaded. I only have one dislike, and it’s probably only because the instructions didn’t outright tell you the pieces of the bed marked with what number it is via stamp on some and stickers on others.Once I had the figured out I was able to assemble by myself in about 5 hours. And it only took me that long because I have a bad back and the room I set it up in is a tad small and had to remove old bed. In the end it still works Great.
This bed is very cute easy to assemble the only thing is we had got 2 of the 3 boxes we had to wait 3 weeks until the other box. Othere than that it's worth the wait
Unlike the rest of the reviews, the instructions were pretty straightforward and clear. It would take a long time to put this together without using power tools though. The bed is fairly sturdy, especially for the money.I was extremely disappointed though that the latter was on the left and not the right. The product does not match the pictures. I was provided a partial refund to make things right, which I agreed to.
Sturdy and super cute!
My kids absolutely love it! It was a pain to put together but over all worth it! Just make sure you have two people when building it, it made it a lot easier. Very sturdy, and cozy!! ❤️❤️
I was really nervous about getting this bed, especially with the reviews. If you get someone who knows how to put things together it will be a nice bed. The bed feels sturdy enough but does shake some when someone goes up it. Make sure the bed is built up against a wall for support. Also use a drill to make sure screws are in tight. I would recommend getting someone to install it because it is a lot of work but my husband builds things so it wasn't hard for him. My kids love it.
Pretty straightforward assembly though we did have to drill a few holes. You need a second person to attach the upper two beds to the lower frame. The drawers under are oddly small and could have been the full depth of the bed. It seems quite sturdy so far. You definitely need 9+ foot ceilings or the third bunk will be way too close. Good value for the money.
