  If you’re looking for an elegant, simple, well-made crib that doesn’t off-gas and can fit a smaller space, get this one. We’re using ours with a Sleep Ovation mattress (which— although considered standard sized mattress— is slightly wider and thicker than many crib mattresses) and it fits perfectly. I needed a crib in a hurry and looked at so many at PB Kids, Target, Ikea, and on Amazon but found that most were either too big, too expensive, too cheap/flimsy-looking, took too many weeks for delivery, or had off-gassing issues according to reviewers. This crib by Gap is GreenGuard gold certifed (and I can confirm there is NO smell) and has a beautiful simple design. It’s nice and sturdy, classic yet modern, clean lines, was easy to put together, and fits our limited space perfectly while accommodating the Sleep Ovation mattress to a t. And it was available for next-day delivery! We couldn’t be happier with it. Highly recommend!!!!!

  I was so excited to put this crib together that I didn’t even bother to wait for my husband and I was so shocked how easy this was to put together but also so sturdy!! The instructions were very clear because I usually put things together completely backwards!! I love that it will grow with my baby as well into a toddler bed! Best baby purchase so far!

  Love this crib. Very sturdy and was pretty easy to assemble. Just don’t assemble in any other room than your nursery because apparently most cribs don’t fit through standard door frames. Slightly shorter than I would have liked.

  It is so perfect for my baby boy. Very easy to put together and very sturdy. I did a lot of research before buying a crib and I’m so glad I went with this crib as my choice. I bought the mattress and the recommended crib and I loveee it. My baby sleeps so comfortably in this crib.

  I know biting the painted crib is a nearly universal child experience, but it peeled the first bite. Not even a sliver of clear coat, resistance or anything. This crib is going to be shredded like a beaver dam before the end of the week.3 month update -- the dam now blocks the river completely. As anticipated, the crib is covered with nibble marks now. The paint flakes if you look at it too hard or breathe in its general direction. Seriously flaky paint. I just keep telling myself "well, it's gotta be safe if they paint a crib with it!".
